I wish I had my best friend back home.We stood there next to a cherry blossom tree with red and blue lightsabers in our hands.
Every time we smacked the plastic Star Wars toys against each other they lit up with the colors red and blue, and played the sounds that were needed. Each swing getting closer and closer to either our faces or our fingers; depending on how we decided to defend ourselves! She always told me that when I fought that my eyes shined like emeralds shimmering under the suns rays. We would always try to figure out each other's fighting style and we both had different ways of fighting than most, and I could never sense her next move no matter how much I studied and studied her. And she never never quite figured me out. She and I both had our own style of fighting as well as clothing, because I always wore plaid shirts and she wore t-shirts from the places she's been. I really wish she had never left, and that she would come back home where she belonged to a lot of people who loved her. She always would talk about her dog and my dog in some of her stories she wrote, but that story hasn't been worked on for a long time since she left. She was silly and sarcastic, as well as shifty with all her surprisingly amazing stories. When we would fight in her front yard she would always talk in our characters voices, or personalities if you will, and physically become that girl, or animal, or imaginary being, for the sake of our story. We would always choose the bright, sunny, and warm days to do stupid stuff, and it would always be when the green grass was freshly mowed; and you could smell that even from inside the house. We would act as fierce as wolves, or as crazy as a young child at times. She was one amazing gal, and she always knew when to speak her mind; and when to be completely goofy.
